Exciting News for Our Community!
Today marks the beginning of a new chapter as we say goodbye to the old and welcome the future of affordable housing! The demolition of the existing apartment community is officially underway, making way for the Timber Ridge community, a much-needed development that will provide 294 affordable, deed-restricted homes to families in our area. 
This project is about more than just new buildings—it’s about creating opportunities for growth, stability, and a better quality of life for many. We’re thrilled to see the transformation begin and can’t wait to watch Timber Ridge come to life!
