Parking
Each residence is allocated one parking space to ensure all residents are accommodated with parking. Should you need more than one parking space, Timber Ridge Village is glad to discuss options, including the potential for elevated car lifts in select garage spaces.
One Surface Parking space—a value of $10,000—is included in the advertised pricing of each residence. If the buyer would prefer to select a Lions Ridge Loop Parking space, the buyer will receive a $10,000 deduction in the residence price. If the buyer would prefer to select a Garage Parking space, there will be an additional $25,000 added to the residence price. Contact us if you have any questions.
