How will the application and home selection process be conducted for individuals?

Individuals looking to secure a home in Timber Ridge Village in advance of any lottery are invited to select a home and sign a Purchase and Sale Agreement at this time.  Sales will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Please contact us at timberridge@triumphdev.com or call 970.763.5510.  You can also come by our Sales Office which is located in Building A in Unit A300.
