The development team has begun reaching out to each business that has reserved a unit in Timber Ridge to select their unit(s) and sign the Purchase and Sale Agreement for each unit. If you have not been contacted, please email us at timberridge@triumphdev.com.
Each business will be provided with a copy of the PSA for their chosen unit(s) which need to be signed by the buyer by June 6, 2024. Each business buyer will also need to post their earnest money deposit with Land Title Guarantee Company by this date to secure their contract.
