There is one parking space for each of the homes at Timber Ridge Village. Each buyer will be given the opportunity to select one of three types of parking for their home. These parking spaces will be chosen on a first-come, first-serve basis as units are selected.
The three general types of parking spaces available (as well as the adjustment to the purchase price if applicable) are outlined below.
- Surface parking within the main Timber Ridge Village Lot (included in the quoted price of each home).
- Garage parking within a building (premium of $25,000 will be added to the quoted price of each home)
- Surface parking along Lions Ridge Loop at the rear of the development site (discount of $10,000 will be deducted from the quoted price of each home).
